I read the following on the official Kibo website:
-> Apparently, Pepsico owns the patent for something called "Animal
57s."
-> They keep these things in the back of Taco Bells and KFCs. It's where
-> they get their meat. These things are just big chunks of meat
floating
-> around in tanks of water. If you tap on the side or stare at them,
-> they'll come toward you. Apparently a living organism that's used for
-> nothing but its meat (because that's all it is).
The full info is at http://www.kibo.com/exegesis/, including a
handy-dandy artist's rendering of an Animal 57.
Now, this got me thinking, for some reason, and I made up this pic
around midnight.
I really like how the Animal turned out, and the general
perspective/lighting. However, I'm not crazy about the tank details. I
need a better metal, and a way of simulating the water. I tried using
material with an IOR, but the reflections and refractions just made the
image look ugly....

PS: I don't not mean any insult to the fine people at Taco Bell. This is
all just an urban legend. Don't sue me! :)
